Doc BIS-IND / Industries & who we serve
Two audiences. The sectors where trust wins the order.
We work with international industrial manufacturers entering Canada and with Canadian industrial SMEs sharpening their sales operations — across the energy, petrochemical, mining, and process sectors where relationships and follow-up decide who gets the business.
01 Who we serve
Two customer groups, one commercial bridge.
Our dual-service model connects supply and demand: manufacturers who need Canadian traction, and Canadian firms who need stronger sales systems.
International industrial manufacturers
Overseas producers who want to enter or expand in Canada without immediately opening a local office or appointing a stocking distributor.
- Specialty chemicals & process materials
- Filtration systems & adsorption media
- Catalyst supports & purification technologies
- Engineered industrial components
Canadian industrial SMEs
Technically capable small and mid-sized firms that need outsourced, fractional sales enablement to compete in procurement-led industrial markets.
- Need CRM discipline & pipeline visibility
- Inconsistent quotation follow-up today
- Can't yet justify senior full-time sales hires
- Want measurable conversion improvement
02 Sectors we work in
Subsectors that need technical materials and engineered components.
The founder's technical-commercial background is concentrated where Canada's industrial demand is strongest.
03 Geographic focus
Starting where industrial demand is densest.
Our initial focus is Ontario — with its large manufacturing base and concentration of industrial buyers — and Alberta, a major energy and petrochemical hub. From there, we expand selectively into Quebec and British Columbia, where manufacturing, energy, and process industries are concentrated.
This staged approach keeps travel and coordination efficient while we build local credibility through consistent plant visits and in-person engagement — the foundation of relationship-driven industrial procurement.
